Terms and Conditions

Last updated September 10, 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms and Conditions govern use of agencylogics.com (the “Site”), operated by Agency Logics LLC (“Agency Logics,” “we,” “us”), a Texas limited liability company. Contact: info@agencylogics.com or (469) 423-8234.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is, and what it is not

The Site is marketing and informational material. Nothing on it is:

  • an offer capable of acceptance, or a binding quote;
  • a guarantee of any commercial result;
  • legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice.

Any engagement between Agency Logics and a client is governed exclusively by a separately executed written agreement. Where these Terms conflict with an executed client agreement, the executed agreement controls.

3. Compliance content

The Site publishes material on the TCPA, A2P 10DLC registration, carrier rules, and related subjects. That material is general information, is accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the date stated on each page, and concerns actively litigated and frequently amended law. It is not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by reading it. You are responsible for verifying the current position and for taking your own advice before sending any marketing communication.

4. The revenue calculator and illustrative figures

The Site includes an interactive diagnostic calculator and worked examples using illustrative assumptions. Outputs are informational estimates generated from figures the visitor supplies. They are not a quote, a projection of your results, a guarantee, or a contractual commitment. Reported historical results from Agency Logics partner campaigns are company-reported, vary by market, budget, offer, and execution, and are not a prediction of future performance.

5. Applications and information you submit

Submitting the partnership application does not create a contract or oblige us to provide services. We may decline any application at our discretion. You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named. Handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Communications consent

Where you provide a phone number and agree to be contacted, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Agency Logics at that number, including messages sent by automated means, about your enquiry. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text or contacting us directly, and we will honor it within a reasonable time not exceeding ten business days.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, research, page structure, graphics, and software, is owned by Agency Logics LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may read, quote with attribution, and link to the Site. You may not republish substantial portions, or use the content to train a commercial model that competes with Agency Logics, without written permission.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sources, including primary legal materials and vendor documentation. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that its content is complete or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agency Logics LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
